I installed all drivers natively during a recent clean install. This problem persisted so I installed the Lenovo Solution Center (I don't like things like this) and ran the auto update. It installed 10 new drivers, but nothing changed with regard to system function or the unknown device in the device manager. Hello, My ThinkCentre E93z has 'unknow device' Lenovo Application Interface. Go to C:WindowsSystem32DriverStoreFileRepository and there should be a folder that looks in the device manager (Windows 7). It is ACPLEN4001 device and I can't find a driver for it.
It's the similar to this 'lbai.inf_amd64_neutral_b4b59e6d2af43d3c' That folder has the driver you need.
If you have one with the factory image on it you can get it from there, otherwise get the recovery discs and do a factory reset. Can anybody tell me what have I do to correct this problem?
